CARAVAN & CAMPING

The Park's campsites are set amongst beautiful, botanical parkland with ornamental trees bringing radiant colour in Autumn, fragrant blooms in Spring and shade in Summer, making us a favourite holiday destination all year round. We offer our guests a true camping experience with campfire pits dotted along the riverbank and the option to borrow one of our portable fire drums to use at your camp. Firewood is available for purchase at Reception. For the protection of our lawns, please do not bring your own fire pits.

Pets are also welcome by appointment only. Exclusion periods apply.

Beautiful camp & caravan ground

*****

I have just spent a week in this little gem of a camping ground. Here are some of the highlights. The environs are just beautiful. The river flows with a litte rapid, there is a swimming hole, the trees are cared for, and though it rained, the well placed fire pits roared through the winters nights.
Conveniently located at the base of the 30 km climb to Falls Creek, we used this campground as a base for our ski trip. Close to some lovely restaurants, ski hire, and some excellent little shops in Mount Beauty, this Park had it all.
I must mention the BBQ’s; absolutely pristine!!!. Cooking oil spray and paper towels were provided, along with a spatula. In the camp kitchen, dish liquid and cloths were provided also.
The showers were hot and strong, and the amenities generally well thought out...I would have liked Some heating in the block, but I survived. A minor quibble.
The common area had some decent dining tables and comfortable lounges, where we were able to escape the significant rain.
For the kids in us all, there was mini golf and basketballs, ping pong, and other ball based games provided gratis.
This park really is lovely and well cared for.
Hot tip: get the kids to take the quiz to earn the sew on souvenir badge. Very cool.

Everything we needed!

*****

It all started with the friendly greeting after we drove in through the stone entrance off the main road.
We were able to choose from some really nice park like settings along the crystal clear Kiewa River to set up the swags.
We brought the porridge but forgot the saucepan and bowls, we could have eaten out but after I mentioned this to our park host she graciously offered it to us complimentary along with the use of a cooktop and fridge in the camp kitchen. And the other things which were also really great was the free little locker which has a phone charging dock and the included Wi-Fi code.
The showers and toilets were spotless with heaps of hot water too.
We work in hospitality and feel like we learned how to do things right staying here.
If this place is a couple of bob extra than the other down the road I would definitely choose here!
Can easily walk to a choice of dining places too.
Thank you 'The Park at Mt Beauty'.

My compliments to the owners of The Park. Ticks all the boxes. Spotless, clean, beautifully presented. Well worth a visit and will definitely be back.

Lovely park on the river. So book a river site if you want one, when you ring to book. Mostly full when we were here. Café at front. Butcher and brewery across the road. Saw people catching trout.

Absolutely loved it. Had an unpowered site on the river with green grass. The most relaxing place I have been to in a long time. Friendly staff and spotless amenities.

Wow. Tick, tick and tick. If you can find a problem you are super fussy. Highly recommend this park AND well priced.
