Due to the high demand for our Winter Storage sites, we have introduced a monthly minimum spend to secure your spot. Please read the details below carefully:

 

June

 June 6, 2025 – July 1, 2025.

$750.00 minimum spend.

July

 July 1, 2025 – August 1, 2025

$980.00 minimum spend

 

August

August 1, 2025 to September 1, 2025

$980.00 minimum spend

 

September

September 1, 2025 – September 29, 2025

$600.00 minimum spend

Terms and Conditions

​

• A $300.00 deposit will be processed upon booking.

• Payment of the outstanding balance for each month is due upon arrival.

• A storage fee of $75.00 per week will be charged and is included in the minimum spend.

• Check-in is required on arrival for each stay.

• Stays will be deducted from your monthly minimum spend.

• If you exceed the minimum spend, rates and storage will be applied at the specified rates.

• If storing beyond September 26, Grand Final Weekend, you will be charged at our regular nightly rate, at 3 nights minimum regardless of visitation.
